Commissions are to be paid in full and are non-refundable after receiving file.

Payments are upfront to avoid further confusion or potential scams.

Payment must be done within 48 hours

Attempted charge backs without notice/ communication will result in a black list and possible call out

It is within my rights to refuse service to anything I seem unfit or comfortable to handle.

DO NOT send payment until I have agreed/sent you an invoice.

Please have your payment in advance as I do not do holds.

Major revisions can be made during the sketching state, minor revisions may or may not be possible during lining stage. During the coloring, I will not allow last minute changes

Estimated time of arrival is 1-2 months. Some projects may take longer depending what is agreed upon. If I am unable to deliver in a timely manner, I will inform you immediately and if you'd like a refund. You will be given the option to either wait an additional amount of time or a refund.

All models will be rigged ready.

Service does not include animation, only the PSD file.

Down payment is 50% of the price

Vtuber commisisons are commercial use by default, therefore price is much higher than personals.

Payment must be upfront or I will not start.

If requesting a down payment, I will sketch out the model, flexible edits in this stage. Once satisfied, you must pay the second half or I will not continue.

You cannot request a refund once I have sketched.

You may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.

Commercial fee is 150% of base price

I may cancel your commission at any time if I an unable to complete it and will send over a refund promptly.

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.

Once I start the sketch there will be NO REFUNDS.

If we agree on a payment plan and I start the commission after the first deposit has been done, I will not refund your said deposit if you back out of the Payment Plan.

Payment plans are eligible for designs that go over $200

A down payment can be 50% of the final price and 1-2 months to pay the rest OR $100 and pay off a set amount every 1-2 weeks.
